3.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

jyjil may ask you to complete an identity verification process ("KYC") in the interest of secure transactions. Required documents may include a copy of your national identity card, passport or driving licence. Withdrawal access may be limited if the KYC process is not completed.

4.1 Deposit Rules

5.2 Wagering Requirements

A 15x wagering requirement must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn. This means you must place bets totalling 15 times the bonus amount. Winnings from the bonus cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is fulfilled.

5.3 General Bonus Rules

• Each bonus offer has a specific validity period; any unused bonus will be cancelled once it expires.

6.3 Connection Issues

If your internet connection is lost during a game, the game result will be saved on the server. The correct result will be reflected in your account once you reconnect.

• Fraud: Use of a false identity, forged documents or deceptive information.

8.1 Closure by jyjil

jyjil may temporarily or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Any violation of these Terms.

• Breach of age-related requirements.
• Bonus abuse or fraud.

8.2 Closure by the User
